Client Account Manager & Operations Coordinator

About Us

We are a growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, web design, lead generation, and online marketing services for businesses across North America.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Account Manager & Operations Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for our clients while helping ensure projects run smoothly internally.

This role combines client communication, project coordination, reporting, and operations management.

Responsibilities
- Client Communication
- Respond to client emails and inquiries
- Host weekly and monthly client meetings
- Present monthly reports and campaign updates
- Ensure clients are informed and satisfied with our services
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns
- Collect client testimonials and reviews
- Client Onboarding
- Send onboarding emails and welcome packages
- Create and organize Asana boards for new clients
- Coordinate onboarding tasks with internal tea ---------- mbers
- Ensure all onboarding steps are completed properly
- Operations & Project Coordination
- Host weekly internal tea ---------- etings
- Follow up with tea ---------- mbers on outstanding tasks
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Help keep projects on schedule
- Maintain internal documentation and processes
- Account Growth
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Coordinate with the SEO Manager and Sales Team regarding additional services
- Earn commission on successful upsells

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable leading Zoom or Google Meet meetings
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, ---------- , or similar
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Professional and friendly communication skills

Preferred
- Experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with SEO, websites, Google Business Profiles, or digital marketing services

Compensation
- Base Salary 1000 CAD/month
- Performance Bonuses
