Job Overview
We are seeking a certified ClickUp expert to lead the implementation, setup, and optimization of ClickUp as our primary project management platform. Our goal is to move away from outdated spreadsheet systems and adopt a scalable, intuitive, and automated solution that enables better collaboration, task tracking, and operational clarity.
This is a consulting role to start, with a strong potential to evolve into a longer-term engagement if you demonstrate strong capabilities and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate our current project/task management processes
- Propose and implement an effective ClickUp structure tailored to our team’s needs
- Set up Spaces, Folders, Lists, Tasks, Automations, Dashboards, Custom Fields, etc.
- Integrate relevant tools and workflows to streamline operations
- Provide guidance and training to our team on ClickUp features and best practices
- Offer ongoing support during the transition period to ensure successful adoption
Required Qualifications
- Project management or operations experience
- Proven experience setting up and managing ClickUp for teams or clients
- Deep understanding of ClickUp’s latest features, integrations, and automation tools
- Ability to structure complex workflows in a user-friendly way
- Strong communication and documentation skills
