My team manager is in charge of using and setting up click up to help him manage his projects and our team.

YOUR ROLE:

GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING of our agency, our projects, our goals
DEVELOP A WIREFRAME aka an outline of how we should implement clickup
Help him understand WHEN, WHERE and HOW to use clickup effectively
Make short, effective TRAINING VIDEOS for him to refer back to for specific tools and functions identified from wireframe
Be available for VIDEO and AUDIO calls to answer his questions and give him feedback on his progress

YOUR SKILLS:

COMMUNICATION is everything - clarity, understanding
CLICK UP skills obviously necessary
PROJECT MANAGEMENT skills must be present in order to understand and guide
