Job Summary:
The designer function requires use of Jolly Lights,
The sales support role must ensure that each day, three crews of a (a) crew lead, (b) light installer, and (c) support crew have all necessary information to complete the jobs scheduled for the day. This includes invoices, light maps, and any critical client notes. You may be required to problem solve if a crew can’t gain access to an installation, and find another job for them to work in the area. The secondary role of the administrator is to receive inquiries, prepare quotations, supply light maps for new customer leads, invoice and schedule customer installations. You are the voice, text, and behind the scenes director of each day's performance. You will work closely with ownership to ensure daily tasks are prioritized and executed in a timely manner for client and installation team success.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ongoing client support from inbound inquiries, estimates, and scheduling
Ensure daily schedules are within close proximity to one another for the crew
Ensure inventory is ordered as needed to ensure crews have all supplies needed
Troubleshoot client problems or direct more difficult questions to the installation crew
Be on time, and ready to respond to inbound calls every day
Support crew leads in identifying secondary installations if the scheduled installs fail
Work closely with each crew to support invoicing, marketing, and problem resolution
Work closely with ownership and suppliers to acquire inventory as needed
Understand estimating and use of Google maps to measure and adequately map installs
As needed, work with installation crews to
Interface with clients to resolve problems and troubleshoot issues to the outlet
Report suggestions to ownership to increase efficiency and effectiveness in safety, workflow, and communication
Be flexible and use resourcefulness and teamwork to find solutions
Performs other related duties as assigned

Effectiveness: Below Standard -> 5 New Jobs/Day, Target -> 10 New Jobs/Day, Exemplary -> 15 New Jobs/Day
Efficiency: Minimum -> 15 Estimates/Days, Target -> 20 Estimates/Day, Exemplary -> 25 Estimates/Day

Education/Experience:
Christmas lighting or landscape lighting experience preferred. Will train the right person
Must be willing to work in high places (installations on rooftops and on ladders)
Must have own transportation to work
Willing to work 60-70 hours per week
