Chief Video Editor for Ecom Brand (FaceBook Ads)

We’re looking for a long-term Chief Video Editor to serve as the leader of our Video Editing team by demonstrating exceptional knowledge of our brand, showing a deep understanding of our winning video ad recipe, and spreading this knowledge to a team of video editors. Your role will not only require mastery of our video creation process, but will require you to manage and quality check the video submissions of all other junior editors on the team. This is a conversion-focused role before a creative one, so it is important to approach each video concept as a scientist, plugging in proven formulas for different video components that we have already tested.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

[These are necessary, you will be rejected if you don’t qualify]:

- Extensive experience creating high-converting FB ads for e-commerce
- Extensive experience working for an ecommerce brand under a creative team
- Extensive experience managing other video editors and quality controlling content
- Extensive Premiere Pro experience
- Extensive CapCut experience animating subtitles
- Fantastic communicational & organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with others and plug into a Creative Team
- Fantastic communication skills and full English proficiency
- Must not have other commitments outside of this job that amount to greater than 10 hours/week
- This needs to be your main focus as hours will be scaled quite quickly.
- MUST work during US Eastern Time Zone Hours (9-5)
- Complete familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion & other apps mentioned in the application found inside the attached document.
- Complete English Fluency
- MUST be incredibly responsive on communication platforms (we are expecting message replies within **15 minutes**)
- Fast-Learner, asks questions until they fully understand the scope of the assignment
- Must be willing to get on calls to work together
- Ability to manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously, while staying organized
- Someone who is willing to go above and beyond in task completion excellence
