• Managing live chat sessions with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and close sales.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM software, and communication tools like Google Meet and email.
• Strong command of written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and personably.

Important Note About Hours

We have three available shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am Philippine Time (PHT). While we strive to accommodate your preferred shift, assignments are made based on business requirements. Once assigned, your shift will remain consistent. Please indicate your preferred shift when applying.
