Adly is a technology, data, and performance driven portfolio of SaaS subscription and content companies. Our founders have built, acquired, scaled, and sold SaaS, Ecommerce, and marketing businesses, and have added several of those portfolio companies into Adly.

Under Adly’s current portfolio are a handful of social media growth SaaS companies, a few AI education technology companies, an email marketing platform for local businesses, a technology enabled translation services, and more. We are quickly growing our team and portfolio with new acquisitions and new projects built from the ground up.

We’re hiring a Chargebacks and Dispute Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end chargeback and alert processes across multiple entities. This person will lead the day-to-day operations of the team (7 analysts), manage vendor relationships, develop SOPs and best practices, analyze win rate data, and build internal systems to reduce fraud-related losses across all brands

This role will report to the Director of Operations, who is based in the United States.


Responsibilities
Dispute Operations Ownership: Lead end-to-end process for chargeback and alert response, from initial detection to evidence submission.
Vendor & Processor Management: Act as point of contact for chargeback vendors (Chargeblast, Kount, etc.); manage processor-side dispute systems.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small team of analysts working alerts, evidence builds, and fraud escalations.
Rules & Prevention: Identify patterns in disputes and fraud cases, create and backtest rules that reduce fraud losses pre-dispute.
Reporting & Visibility: Build and maintain dashboards for win rates, alert volumes, processor comparisons, refund behavior, fraud trends, and more.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with fraud review, CX, dev, and finance teams to improve data flows and tactical defenses.
Process Development: Formalize SOPs for all parts of the dispute and alert pipeline across multiple processors and brands.

Qualifications
3–5+ years experience in fraud, chargebacks, payment risk, or trust & safety
Deep understanding of Visa/Mastercard rules, TC40/TC15 data, RDR/CDRN flows, and fraud prevention systems
Experience working with vendors like Chargeblast, Kount, Ethoca, or Verifi
Ability to analyze large datasets to find patterns, and communicate insights clearly
Experience with fraud tools, IP intelligence, and risk scoring logic a plus
Leadership experience managing a small team or function
Strong initiative: you don’t wait for tasks—you identify, build, and solve problems end-to-end
