JOB OVERVIEW

Legal Case Supervisor

Qualification:
• Must be a Juris Doctor or Law Graduate;

We are actively seeking for an experienced Legal Case Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the loads in the legal operations within the company to promote efficient and effective case management. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the management teams.

Other Skills / Requirement:
• Must have an experience in project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills
• Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Must have at least a minimum of three (3) years supervisory to managerial experience

Duties:
• Oversee case workers performance
• Performs training to new hire and refresher to existing case workers
• Review and update case workers Training Manual
• Coordinate with HROps regarding the policies and procedures related to Legal Case Operations
• Coordinate with HROps if there are any concern related to case workers or case process. Recommend for any process for improvement
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of case workers, providing feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Manage and assist caseworkers to resolve case and client issues
• Monitor weekly case progress. Ensure case deadlines are being followed.
• Submit weekly case updates to our supervising Attorney
• Oversee completion of case workers tasks and assignments
• Review packets
• Conduct meeting with case workers regarding case updates and challenges
