Career Opportunity - Web Development Manager

We are looking for a FULL-TIME, highly skilled Web Development Manager to head our web development team. The successful candidate will oversee our web projects' design, development, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience. This role demands strong leadership, technical proficiency, and outstanding project management abilities.

Responsibilities:
-Knows the current trends when it comes to web development
-Oversees web development projects of company-owned websites
-Oversees the team with their day-to-day tasks and must possess good leadership skills
-Must be flexible and can multi-task
-Plan, coordinate, and manage web development projects from concept to completion.
-Supervise the design and implementation of the technical framework for web projects.
-Maintain adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
-Continuously keep abreast of the newest technologies and trends in web development.
-Set and uphold rigorous standards for code quality and the performance of web applications.
-Develop and manage testing processes to guarantee strong, bug-free product releases.
-Perform code reviews and provide guidance on improving code quality.
-Extensive experience in web development technologies.
-Proficiency in modern frameworks (esp. Elementor) and libraries.
-Knowledgeable in database management.
-Must be able to meet and handle deadlines proficiently

Requirements and skills:
-Extensive years of Web Development experience is a must
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
-Proven experience as a Web Development Manager or in a similar leadership role.
-Strong technical background with hands-on experience in web development.
-Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
-Proficiency with project management tools and version control systems.
