Canva Specialist & Virtual Assistant – Marketing Agency Support

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping purpose-driven brands grow their online presence through creative content, digital strategy, and intentional design. We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Canva Specialist & Virtual Assistant to support our team with daily design tasks, content scheduling, and general admin support.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging and on-brand graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using Canva

Create Pinterest pins (both static and idea pins) following brand aesthetics and strategy

Schedule social media posts using scheduling tools like Later, Planoly, or Metricool

Assist with light content repurposing (turning reels into carousels, pins into story slides, etc.)

Perform general virtual assistant tasks, such as file organization, research, email follow-up, and light data entry

Maintain an organized content calendar and meet weekly deadlines

Communicate regularly with our team for feedback and direction

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Are highly proficient in Canva (experience with templates, animations, and brand kits a must)

Understand basic social media marketing principles, especially for Instagram and Pinterest

Are organized, proactive, and a strong communicator

Have experience with scheduling tools and cloud-based workspaces like Google Drive, Trello, or Notion

Can work independently and manage your time effectively

Have a great eye for design, color, layout, and social trends

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with Pinterest SEO or blog formatting

Understand Canva Pro and Canva Teams features

Have prior experience supporting a marketing agency or creative business
