Candidate Application Specialist

I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Candidate Application Specialist to assist me in applying for multiple software engineering jobs. This is a long term role with consistent, ongoing work, as I plan to manage multiple jobs concurrently and continue to apply for new ones indefinitely. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling a high volume of applications efficiently.

Position Details:
- Part-Time (10-20 hours per week) to start.
- Starting Rate: $5.50 per hour.
- Opportunity to move to Full-Time with good results.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant software engineering job openings based on provided criteria.
- Prepare and submit job applications, including filling out application forms, uploading resumes, cover letters, and other required documents.
- Customize application materials (cover letters, resumes) according to the requirements of each job.
- Write excellent ChatGPT prompts and generate convincing and relevant cover letters and question responses.
- Track and maintain a log of all applications submitted, including job titles, companies, dates, and application statuses.
- Manage email communication related to job applications.
- Provide regular updates on application progress and outcomes.

Requirements:
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking applications.
- Familiarity with software engineering roles and industry terminology (preferred but not required).
- Experience using and applying for jobs using Indeed, LinkedIn, or other job boards (preferred but not required).
