Calling Agent

Our consulting firm is looking for energetic, quick thinking calling agents to help us address several issues that may arise in our clients profiles. We are looking for individuals who have the following skills:

Exceptional verbal communication skills, must speak perfect english, analyst each customers profile, call and help resolve the issue by providing prompt and clear solutions via phone calls to the companies that our clients deal with, keep records of all conversations in our database using asana, google drive, hubs pot, and create a daily report of each clients results.
