TechBridge Pacific HVAC is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our call center team. We're looking for candidates with strong communication abilities who are eager to grow their careers in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Guide customers through HVAC services from initial inquiry to completion
Resolve issues and provide accurate information
Maintain detailed customer records
Uphold high service quality standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Minimum 1 year of call center experience
Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
What We Offer
Full-time position (10am-8pm CDT)
Competitive compensation: $300-$600 monthly base salary plus commissions and bonuses
