Cab Dispatcher

I have posted this position several times in the recent past, but people are either unqualified, don’t have the necessary equipment or just can not grasp the work. So I’m going to list the requirements. Do not send me canned requests, from Chatgpt or any other AI that spits out responses. I’m looking for honest candidates that are original and smart enough to talk about themselves, their abilities, their accomplishments and why Key Lime Taxi should bring them onboard.

Requirements:
Full time commitment, no 2nd jobs or part jobs
At least 1 year of dispatching in general.
i5 computer with dual monitors and noise canceling headset
LAN internet of at least 25 mbps with a backup internet source
Quiet well lit working environment
Not in an area that suffers frequent power outages.
Provide test scores from Online-jobs (IQ, English & DISC)
Available to work 25- 30 hours in a slotted schedule that may change based on needs. Flexibility is absolutely a must.

This is a 17/7 operation

Key Lime Taxi is currently hiring Dispatchers to work remotely. We are looking for individuals who have at least 1 year of experience in a dispatching capacity, are proficient in English with a speaking and comprehension level of at least 8/10, and have access to a reliable computer and quality internet connection with a backup.

As a Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls, gathering caller information, entering it into the dispatch system, and assigning the job to the most suitable taxi driver. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service, answer caller questions, call back missed calls, and communicate effectively with drivers and other dispatchers to ensure everyone is informed about what is happening during their shift.

To be successful in this position, you must be responsible, timely, and possess good computer skills. You must have outstanding telephone speaking and communication skills and be able to type quickly. The work can be fast-paced and overwhelming at times, while at other times, it can be slower with more time spent on administrative tasks that enhance the overall operations.
