Firehouse Pest - CSR (VA)

Firehouse Pest Control Services, a locally owned and operated pest control company serving the Phoenix, AZ area, is looking for a proactive virtual customer service representative with strong communication and sales skills to join our growing team.
As one of the first points of contact for current and prospective customers, you'll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. Your responsibilities include answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, scheduling pest control appointments, managing leads and online inquiries with timely follow-ups, handling billing questions and entering customer data into our CRM system. You'll also support our outreach efforts by making outbound calls to warm leads including referrals from our home inspection division, connecting with existing customers and working to generate new business from provided lead lists.
This role is an even mix of inbound and outbound sales and customer service and it gives you the chance to make a direct impact on company growth while earning commission on any new business you bring in. Responsibilities at a glance
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally and provide an outstanding customer experience
Make outbound calls to warm leads including referrals from our home inspection division
Schedule pest control appointments and add jobs to the service schedule as needed
Follow up on inbound leads and online inquiries in a timely manner
Handle billing questions and collect payments accurately
Ensure accurate and detailed data entry in our CRM systems
Reconnect with existing customers to upsell additional services when appropriate
Reach out to provided lead lists to generate new business
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude that supports customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Available to work Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST with flexibility for Saturday coverage when needed
Saturday availability is required - candidates who are not able to work Saturdays should not apply
Previous customer service and sales experience required
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English in a way that is easily understood by our customers
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools - experience with GoHighLevel and GorillaDesk is a plus
Comfortable working across multiple communication platforms including Slack
Highly organized with strict attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
