CRM Specialist

We are in need of a full-time CRM specialist to join our growing team.

We are Paradox Marketing – a fully remote digital agency. We work with companies all over the world to provide digital marketing, consulting and CRM management services.

As our workforce is 100% remote, you will be free to work to your own schedule as long as you get some crossover with the rest of our team and maintain a predictable rhythm.

Please note there is a skills test as part of the application process, where you will be required to download a fix a spreadsheet, and answer questions based on the data.

As a CRM specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own tasks through project management tools like Asana and Hubstaff
Creating and editing automations / workflows
Conducting database imports
Conducting database audits
Assisting with database hygiene recommendations
Providing input on solutions to database-related problems

You must be someone who can think outside the box. You should enjoy solving puzzles and thinking of creative solutions to complex problems.
A logical and analytical mind will help you succeed in this role.
Attention to detail is a must.

We work with companies such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Ontraport, Infusionsoft, Pipedrive and Active Campaign

Any previous experience or qualifications with these platforms will be favoured.
