Job Description
The CRM Optimization Specialist will serve as the linchpin in our CRM ecosystem, tasked with elevating the functionality of JobNimbus to meet our specific business demands. You will devise, execute, and oversee automated workflows, custom statuses, and integrated project management tools within our CRM framework, transforming it into a dynamic engine that propels our business forward. A significant part of your role involves crafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will standardize our processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in how our team utilizes the CRM for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Customization & Enhancement: Conduct a thorough analysis of our current JobNimbus usage, pinpointing areas ripe for automation, improved workflows, and increased efficiency.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated processes for client communications, document handling, and task allocation to enhance operational flow.
Project Management Features: Embed project management capabilities within the CRM to allow for transparent tracking of tasks and progress.
Documentation Standardization: Set up standards ensuring that all client files in the CRM are complete with the required documentation, maintaining easy access and organization.
SOP Development: Craft clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures for CRM usage, ensuring uniformity in processes and ease of onboarding for new team members.
System Assessment & Recommendation: Regularly evaluate JobNimbus' effectiveness against our operational needs, recommending and potentially transitioning to more suitable platforms as needed.
Team Training & Support: Lead training sessions and provide continuous support to ensure team members are proficient in new CRM functionalities, workflows, and SOPs.
Qualifications
CRM Systems Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in CRM optimization, particularly with JobNimbus.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess existing operations critically and devise strategic improvements.
Project Management Acumen: Skilled in project management principles and tools, capable of integrating such systems within CRM platforms.
Process-Oriented Mindset: Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, with a keen focus on efficiency and consistency.
Communication Excellence: Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly, train team members, and foster a collaborative environment.
Attention to Detail: Unwavering commitment to accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring the integrity of CRM data and processes.
