## Overview

Hamilton Development Group is seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Operations Assistant to join our team immediately.

This role combines CRM management, administration, reporting, presentation creation, automation and marketing support. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping our systems organised, ensuring accurate data, improving operational efficiency and supporting day-to-day business activities.

A major focus of the role will be managing and maintaining our Attio CRM, creating professional presentations and reports, supporting business operations, and helping implement automation across the business.

Experience with Attio CRM is strongly preferred. Experience within property, real estate, property investment or property development is advantageous but not essential.

## Key Responsibilities

### CRM Management (Attio)

* Maintain and update contact, company and deal records within Attio.
* Ensure CRM data is accurate, organised and up to date.
* Manage pipelines, tasks, reminders and follow-up workflows.
* Assist with CRM reporting and dashboard creation.
* Support outreach and lead management activities.

### Administration & Operations

* Provide day-to-day administrative support.
* Organise documents, files and internal systems.
* Prepare meeting notes and action trackers.
* Conduct research and compile information into concise reports.
* Support project management and operational activities.

### Excel & Reporting

* Maintain spreadsheets and trackers.
* Update project, sales and marketing reports.
* Organise and analyse business data.
* Create clear and accurate management reports.

### PowerPoint & Presentation Creation

* Create and format professional PowerPoint presentations.
* Prepare property appraisals, project summaries and investor presentations.
* Ensure all documents are professionally formatted and presentation-ready.

### Automation & AI Tools

* Assist with business automation using Attio, Zapier, Make and AI tools.
* Help streamline repetitive processes and improve efficiency.
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual tasks.

### Marketing & Social Media Support

* Schedule and manage social media content.
* Assist with LinkedIn and other online marketing activities.
* Maintain content calendars and basic reporting.
* Support content creation and formatting.

## Requirements

### Essential Skills

* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
* Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Comfortable learning new software and systems.
* Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools.

### Preferred Skills

* Experience with Attio CRM.
* Experience with Zapier, Make or other automation platforms.
* Experience in property, real estate, property investment or property development.
* Social media management experience.
* Canva or basic design skills.
