CRM Coordinator

Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
- Work with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to design and build email campaigns that are on-brand.
- Build and manage our daily schedule of CRM campaigns.
- Build and manage lifecyle marketing flows ensuring triggers, audiences, discount codes and content are accurate.
- Manage subscriber lists and segments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Run AB tests and optimisation
- Manage all email templates and assets ensuring up-to-date information (email banners, product feeds, imagery)

Assist in campaign reporting
- Compile campaign data and results for regular reporting (weekly, monthly)

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in email marketing or related role in retail or ecommerce
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify or similar platforms
- Experience in CSS and HTML for managing email templates
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
