CPA / Finance Analyst for Real Estate Startup

You’ll be an integral part of and will work closely with a deeply experienced group of real estate professionals, helping to execute a business plan that’s heavily focused on aggressive growth and social impact programs supporting our residents

• Exploration, findings & summary of strategic revenue generating and expense savings initiatives
• Update & create financial models to evaluate historical, present, and future financial data
• Logging Property tax valuations by parcel by property by year
• Perform rental rate analysis at the property and sub-market levels
• Analyze property operations financial data and provide forecasting support
• Study business and economic trends and present high-level findings
• Writing property-level quarterly reports for investors
