SALARY & BENEFITS AT JPAPPAS
Monthly Contract : 35K
1) Carrier Incentive Pay (when experienced and able to quote)
2) Contribution to HMO upon finishing 3 months training.
3) 11 Paid US Federal Holidays

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:: ***DO NOT APPLY *** if you do not meet the criteria.
- 3 yr Experience in COMMERCIAL INSURANCE in USA
- University Degree, Preferably in Business
- Fluent English with Great Phone/Communication skills.
- Working from home experience set up +1 years and Can work 40 hours a week on USA/New York times (night shift)
- Must have computer with DUAL MONITOR of minimum 20 Inch, a noise-cancelling HEADSET, computer, high-speed internet & secure connection/backup options, CAMERA for Google meet and backup power station for your WIFI and computer.
- Must be Extremely ORGANIZED, detail-oriented, with strong time-management, tasks and projects prioritization skills!
- You will be connected via GOOGLE MEET with a mirror employee in USA
- submit most recent (2023) NBI clearance copy upon hire or within the first 2 weeks of start date.

JOB ROLE:
Tasks to execute but not limited to:
A. APPLICATIONS
- Filling out Application forms
- Enter account details in our CRM (Agency Management System)
B. QUOTING
- Quote with direct Insurance carriers
- Submit accounts to agencies for quotes
- Sending the quote proposals to your insureds
C. BINDING
- Put together binding documents
- Bind quotes with our direct carriers
- Submit bind requests to agencies
D. POLICY ISSUANCE
- Send policies to insureds
- File policy info in our CRM and attach documents
E. SERVICING
- Endorsements,- Cancellations,- Reinstatements,- Invoices,- Payments,- Certificates,-
Audits, Renewals,- Rewrites
F. MISCELLANEOUS
- Commission reconciliations, keeping track of renewals, etc
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls (insureds, banks, carriers, etc.)
- Customer Service
