As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations.

Position Overview

The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of Eagle Production. You will oversee all financial operations, develop strategies to increase profitability, manage risk, and ensure long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and working capital needs.
• Lead and mentor the finance/accounting team (internal and outsourced).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and manage financial risk, insurance policies.
• Partner with the CEO and department heads on growth initiatives, cost optimization, and long-term planning.
• Assist in pricing strategy and profitability analysis for rentals and production projects.
• Implement financial systems and processes that scale with growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior financial executive, ideally in a service-based or project-based industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with accounting platforms and reporting tools (QuickBooks, Rental software, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
