[CANADA] Amazon FBA Product Research Virtual Assistant (OA & WS)

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce business, specializing in Amazon FBA. Your main role will be to source profitable leads for Online Arbitrage (OA) and Wholesale (WS), ensuring high ROI and consistent product availability. You will use manual sourcing techniques as well as sheet sourcing tools like Analyzer.Tools. You will also use Reverse Sourcing with SellerAmp and Keepa. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

This is a long-term, full-time position with growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing for Online Arbitrage (OA)
Perform manual sourcing by searching through retail websites to identify profitable products for resale on Amazon.
Use tools such as SellerAmp and Keepa to evaluate product profitability, competition, and demand.
Ensure that sourced products meet specific ROI and profit margin criteria.
Track sourced leads in spreadsheets, ensuring accurate documentation of product details, supplier links, pricing, and estimated profits.

Lead Sourcing for Wholesale (WS)
Identify potential wholesale suppliers and distributors that offer profitable products.
Use Analyzer.Tools to process wholesale price sheets and extract profitable leads.
Evaluate supplier catalogs manually to identify profitable SKUs that meet our buying criteria.
Build relationships with wholesale suppliers via email and maintain a database of supplier contacts.

Product Analysis and Verification
Use Keepa charts to analyze historical pricing, sales rank trends, and seasonality.
Ensure that products are not restricted, gated, or prone to intellectual property (IP) complaints on Amazon.
Verify competition levels, including the number of FBA and FBM sellers and their pricing.
Double-check ASIN variations to ensure the correct product is sourced.

Administrative Tasks (As Needed)
Maintain and update spreadsheets for lead tracking, inventory management, and supplier information.
Assist with email outreach to suppliers, including initial inquiries and follow-ups.
Organize and label wholesale price sheets for efficient processing.
Help manage purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.
Perform additional admin tasks as requested by the management team.


Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant, specifically in OA and WS product sourcing.
Tools Proficiency: Must be familiar with SellerAmp, Keepa, Analyzer.Tools, and Google Sheets. Experience with Tactical Arbitrage is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze product profitability and market demand using data-driven tools.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when documenting leads and supplier information.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms.

Work Schedule
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Flexible schedule, but must meet daily, weekly and monthly lead targets
Must be responsive and available during agreed-upon hours for communication with the team
