CAD Designer and Renderer

I am hiring a full-time remote CAD Designer and Renderer to support my U.S.-based company that designs cemetery gardens, private mausoleums, granite memorials, and site plans.

The role involves creating accurate CAD drawings, professional renderings, and complete construction documents from sketches, photos, site information, and reference images.

Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 2D CAD drawings
Produce professional 3D renderings
Prepare plans, elevations, and sections
Create construction and installation details
Design gardens, mausoleums, and granite structures
Prepare engineer-ready and permit-ready drawings
Create site plans, lot maps, and master plans
Calculate concrete quantities and granite weights
Revise drawings based on project feedback
Organize completed files in Google Drive
Update project progress in Pipedrive

Requirements
3–5 years of CAD drafting experience
Strong 2D drafting skills
Professional 3D rendering experience
Construction document experience
Accurate scaling and dimensioning skills
Experience working from sketches and reference images
Ability to prepare detailed technical drawings
Full-time availability during U.S. business hours

Experience with landscape plans, civil or structural drawings, stone, granite, masonry, fabrication drawings, or cemetery planning is a strong advantage.
