Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to bring designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and revise detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software.
Interpret design specifications, sketches, and notes to produce accurate plans.
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Assist in preparing layouts, 3D models, and presentation materials when required.
Review and verify the accuracy of completed drawings before submission.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar).
Strong knowledge of drafting standards, construction methods, and technical terminology.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in [industry-specific focus, e.g., mechanical, civil, electrical, or architectural drafting] preferred.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Experience with 3D visualization tools.
Knowledge of project management software.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PST, Monday–Friday (12:00 AM–8:30 AM PH Time)
