Business Development Representative (BDR) – (B2B Personalised Email Outreach & Cold Calling)

- Rate: $8 per hour + Commission
- Schedule: 30 hours per week (9am-4pm UK time, with 1 hour lunch)
- Remote / Freelance

We are Qeeper, a company on a mission to use technology to make property maintenance in the UK transparent, fast, and affordable.

We are looking for a remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our small, friendly team. Currently, our team consists of 10 remote staff across the Philippines, and we are looking for a long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help drive our growth.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on B2B personalised email outreach and cold calling. Your primary goal will be to engage potential business clients via tailored emails and cold calls, and convert them into paying customers. This role requires someone comfortable with both written and verbal communication to build rapport with clients through multiple outreach channels.

This is a long-term freelance role, requiring a commitment of 30 hours per week. All work must be completed within UK business hours. All outreach activity will be managed and tracked using Upgrade to see actual info CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective B2B clients and key decision-makers in the property management sector.
- Craft and send highly personalised, one-to-one emails tailored to each business prospect.
- Conduct cold calls to engage with potential clients, build rapport, and set up their account.
- Convert leads into paying customers by explaining the value of Qeeper’s services.
- Follow up strategically on both email and phone outreach to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
- Log all outreach activity in Upgrade to see actual info CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and outcomes.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies (both email and cold calling) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report key outreach metrics, including response rates, account setups, and conversions to paying customers.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or email outreach.
- Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling and persuasive emails for business clients.
- Previous experience with cold calling, with the ability to confidently and persuasively engage clients over the phone.
- Experience using Upgrade to see actual info CRM or similar email outreach and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers within UK businesses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both in writing and over the phone.
- Confident and persuasive approach to guide prospects through the process of setting up their account and converting them into paying customers.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently for 30 hours per week (UK time zone).
