We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Supervisor to build and lead a high-performing team focused on reporting, analytics, and business performance visibility across the organization.
???? About the Role:
As the Business Intelligence Supervisor, you’ll oversee the development, standardization, and delivery of reports for departments including Warehouse & Shipping, Purchasing, Collections, Admin Processing, Finance, Inventory, and Sales & Commissions. You’ll play a key role in helping leadership make informed decisions by transforming data into meaningful narratives and dashboards.
This role is also responsible for migrating our legacy Crystal Reports to Power BI, managing reporting tools, supporting the ERP transition, and establishing performance metrics with business leaders.
???? What You’ll Do:
Build and lead a team responsible for cross-department reporting and analysis.
Deliver clear, insightful reports that drive decisions across the business.
Maintain, standardize, and optimize all reporting assets—retiring outdated reports and aligning with current business definitions.
Oversee the transition from Crystal Reports to Power BI, upgrading both data functionality and visual design.
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to define and track KPIs and OKRs.
Manage Power BI deployment, including workspaces, permissions, and publishing.
Support reporting needs throughout our ERP system migration.
Create innovative solutions for collecting, modeling, and presenting data.
? What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting, with demonstrated leadership ability.
Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, including DAX, data modeling, and data visualization.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing, database structure, and cross-platform data integration.
Solid understanding of SQL and reporting systems; familiarity with Crystal Reports, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation abilities—able to make data clear and actionable for all stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
