Overview:
Golden Avalon is on a mission to empower entrepreneurs by providing tailored solutions to build strong business credit, secure capital, and scale their operations. We are seeking motivated and dynamic Business Development Sales Representatives to join our team. As the face of our sales department, you will engage with potential clients, articulate the value of our membership packages, and close sales to help entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Contact leads provided by Golden Avalon to introduce our membership packages (Golden Membership, Exclusive Golden Membership, and Executive Golden Membership).
Product Knowledge: Clearly articulate the benefits of our services, including strategy sessions, consulting packages, Q&A sessions, and access to resources like webinars and MasterMind Roundtable meetings.
Consultative Selling: Understand each client’s business needs and recommend the membership plan that best aligns with their goals.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized record of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM software.
Client Support: Guide potential clients through the onboarding process, including submitting forms, scheduling strategy sessions, and making payments.
Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell higher-tier memberships and additional consulting packages.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Golden Avalon team to provide feedback on client needs, refine sales strategies, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, financial services, or consulting industries.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively present and sell premium services.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of business credit, entrepreneurship, or consulting services.
Experience working with small business owners or entrepreneurs.
