Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize
• Lead Generation
• Actively engage with leads via
• Handle manual tasks related to
• Document and refine lead generation processes to improve efficiency.
• Support local and international lead generation efforts.
• Book appointments and assist in closing deals when necessary.
• Respond to
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality lead conversion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Business Development and Lead Generation (BDR experience preferred).
• Must have experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows and Familiarity with CRMs and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of
• Ability to manage and optimize automated campaigns while handling lead nurturing.
• Excellent communication and prospecting skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and automation
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
