We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team and help us expand our client base.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing sales department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to multitask effectively. This role involves a significant amount of outbound calling, prospecting, lead generation, and outreach. The BDR must have sales experience, be comfortable working independently, and be adept at figuring out solutions on their own. As the first hire in this department, the BDR will play a crucial role in its growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling and Prospecting:

Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Conduct prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities.
Research and identify potential clients and markets for drone light shows.

Lead Generation and Outreach:
Compile and update lists of prospects in our CRM system.
Draft and send introductory emails to potential clients.
Follow up on initial contacts via phone or email.
Schedule meetings or calls with interested prospects.

Sales Support:
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Assist in creating and managing sales documentation and contracts.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in our CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and update client information in the CRM.
Handle routine client inquiries and provide basic information about our services.

Market Research:
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
Provide insights on new opportunities and potential improvements in the sales strategy.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on outbound calling and prospecting.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience with CRM software (preferably Freshsales CRM).
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the drone or event management industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
