JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our migration services. As a key player in our business development strategy, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their migration needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and qualify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of opportunities.
Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to connect with decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and key stakeholders.
Understand clients’ migration needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring exceptional client service.
Sales Strategy & Execution:

Collaborate with the management team to create and execute sales strategies.
Conduct needs assessments and present service offerings that demonstrate the value of Bravo Migration's expertise.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Market Research & Analysis:

Stay up to date with industry trends, migration policies, and competitor activity.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the firm’s reach.
Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on business development performance.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in the professional services industries.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge:

Understanding of Australian migration laws and processes is highly desirable.
Familiarity with corporate HR and talent acquisition processes is a plus.
Education:

Tertiary qualifications preferred.
