Spotless Sweeps is a rapidly growing cleaning service dedicated to providing high-quality cleaning solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Outreach Specialist to drive client acquisition, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach & Lead Generation

Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business.

Build relationships with property managers, realtors, and businesses that require cleaning services.

Identify and secure partnerships with complementary service providers and vendors.

Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.

Partnership Development

Research and identify potential industry partners for collaborations.

Establish referral programs and joint ventures to drive business growth.

Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain ongoing relationships with partners.

Sales & Client Acquisition

Conduct sales presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners.

Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Maintain a structured CRM database to track outreach and sales performance.
