We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong LeadSimple experience to join our team and take ownership of our CRM processes, lead follow-up activities, and business development efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and process-driven. You will be responsible for managing leads, improving CRM workflows, ensuring consistent follow-up, and generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach and online prospecting.

What You'll Do
Manage and maintain leads within LeadSimple CRM
Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements
Create and implement efficient lead tracking and follow-up systems
Ensure all leads are contacted and properly nurtured through the pipeline
Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and text message follow-ups
Generate new leads through online research and prospecting
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Track lead activity and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
Develop and document processes to improve efficiency and lead conversion
Work closely with the team to support business growth initiatives

Requirements
Hands-on experience using LeadSimple CRM (required)
Experience managing lead pipelines and follow-up processes
Strong business development, prospecting, and lead generation experience
Comfortable making outbound cold calls and building relationships with prospects
Experience improving workflows, processes, or CRM systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Leasing, or a related industry
Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or process documentation
Background in CRM administration and pipeline management
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
