**Key Responsibilities**
-COLD CALLER EXPERIENCE is a MUST
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our IT support services.
- Build rapport with prospects by discussing their IT challenges and providing tailored advice.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the owner of Tech Support Squad.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude during calls.
- Accurately record conversations and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve results.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Strong ability to connect and engage with potential customers.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Resilience and persistence when handling cold calls and objections.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
