Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our expansion in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach campaigns, scheduling meetings, and building long-term client relationships for our IT Staffing and Technology Services business.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market.
Research target companies and key decision-makers using LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and other lead-generation tools.
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking activities.
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the management team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and technology decision-makers.
Present MeanSquare AI's staffing and technology service offerings to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely candidate delivery.
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Support business growth through client acquisition and account development activities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or IT Staffing Sales.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms.
Strong research, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable working with US-based clients and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, Staff Augmentation, or Technology Services.
Understanding of AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Software Development, and Analytics domains.
Experience supporting US clients or the North American market.
Existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or technology decision-makers is a plus.
