Responsibilities:
Market Research & Outbound Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and develop new outbound channels, assessing emerging platforms and competitive trends.
- Design outbound strategies that align with market insights, focusing on channels with high conversion potential.
- Evaluate and prioritize new market segments to optimize lead targeting and outreach.
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) & Value Proposition Development
- Develop and refine an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) that identifies target client needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Craft a compelling Value Proposition for each ICP segment, ensuring it resonates with customer motivations and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align ICPs and value propositions with broader brand messaging.
Lead Generation & Outreach Management
- Schedule, coordinate, and execute lead generation activities using multi-channel outreach (including

- Track and manage leads through CRM systems, ensuring accurate outreach, engagement, and follow-up activities records.
Pre-Sales Engagement
- Conduct pre-sales calls to qualify leads, build trust, and understand potential customers' needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads, providing valuable context and insights.
- Prepare concise and persuasive presentations and follow-ups addressing lead questions and showcasing value.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Review key performance metrics for all outbound and lead generation activities, including conversion rates, cost per lead, and engagement levels.
- Analyze data to identify areas for optimization and implement strategic changes to enhance overall performance.
- Report findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with software development agencies, particularly in outstaffing.
- Understanding of CJM, JBTD
- Basic copywriting skills
- Fluent English
