JOB OVERVIEW

About us

We're a fast-growing influencer marketing agency running paid creator campaigns for brands in the AI and tech space. We move quickly, keep relationships warm, and live in our platforms and dashboards. You'll work directly with the founder and our lead VA.

What you'll own

This is a trust-and-judgment role. You're the person who keeps existing brands happy and keeps fresh deal flow coming in every single day.

Brand relations & retention

Own the relationship health of our existing brand clients — they're our repeat revenue.
Build clean, simple 1-page performance reports for each brand (we'll show you the template).
Spot and revive stalled deals before they go cold; follow up with the right nudge at the right time.
Protect key partner relationships (e.g. our top referral partner) — treat them with extra care.

Platform & inbound operations

Work our platform stack daily: Cohley, Collabstr, Passionfroot, Limelight, AhaCreator.
Pull fresh brand/deal picks every day and surface the best ones to the team.
Manage the Beehiiv newsletter inbound/sponsor pipeline.
Keep every opportunity tracked, tagged, and never dropped.

You're a great fit if you

Have 2+ years in account management, brand/partnership coordination, or influencer/creator ops.
Write clear, warm, professional English (this is a client-facing role).
Are genuinely organized — nothing slips through your fingers.
Have used at least one creator/brand marketplace platform (Cohley, Collabstr, Passionfroot, Grin, etc.).
Can read a simple performance report and explain what the numbers mean.

Nice to have

Experience with Beehiiv or any newsletter/sponsorship platform.
Comfort with HubSpot or another CRM.
A background in influencer marketing specifically.

How to apply

Send an email to ---------- with the subject line: "Brand Ops — [Your Name]"

Include:

A 2–3 minute Loom video introducing yourself: who you are, your relevant experience, and which platforms you've used.
Links to any reports, dashboards, or client work you can share.
Your answer to the skills test below (do this — applicants who skip it won't be reviewed).

???? Skills Test — Post 1

We'll give you a realistic scenario. Spend no more than 45 minutes. We care about judgment and clarity, not length.

Scenario: A brand we've worked with twice before, "NovaAI," ran a campaign 3 weeks ago. The results are in, but they've gone quiet — no reply to our last two emails. Here are their numbers:

MetricThis campaignTheir last campaignPosts delivered86Total views142,000165,000Engagement rate4.1%3.2%Link clicks1,9501,400Sign-ups attributed8861

Tasks:

Write the 1-page report summary (just the written part, ~150–200 words) you'd send NovaAI. Tell the story the numbers tell.
Write the re-engagement email you'd send to revive this stalled relationship and tee up a third campaign.
In 2–3 sentences: views dropped but everything else rose. How do you frame that honestly without making it sound like a loss?

Paste your answers directly in your application email.
