Key Responsibilities:
Promotions Management: Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
New Listings Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of new product listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal to our target audience.
Brand Items Management: Manage and update the existing inventory of brand items, ensuring all listings are current and accurately reflect the product offerings.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform brand strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful execution of promotional activities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand items and promotional campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels to gather feedback and insights, enhancing the overall brand experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
