Role Overview:
Join our team and work closely with the company CFO to manage all bookkeeping functions. To transition to a full-time role, you'll also assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and materials purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
-Collaborate with the CFO on financial processes and reporting
-Perform general administrative duties to support the team
-Prepare and maintain detailed reports
-Handle materials purchasing and related documentation
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in QuickBooks is a MUST
-Preferable experience in construction or home services
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
