JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant to manage our client's financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely financial records. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Quick books Online and Seller Cloud and be proficient in handling purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Utilize Seller Cloud for inventory management, order processing, and financial tracking.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Provide support for any ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the retail and wholesale industry
Proficient in Quick books Online, Seller Cloud
Strong understanding of purchase order processes and inventory management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours), Mon-Fri, EST

Salary:
USD 4.00 -7.00 / hour
