Position Title: Bookkeeper

Position Summary
Spectrum Florida Security is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage the company's financial records, payroll support, accounts payable and receivable, and general accounting functions. The Bookkeeper will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with company policies, and support the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and company accounts.
Maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and payments.
Track client invoices and collections.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
Payroll Support
Process payroll for security officers and administrative staff.
Verify employee timesheets and payroll data.
Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
Maintain payroll records and assist with employee payroll inquiries.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare documentation for audits and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Administrative Support
Maintain vendor and client financial records.
Assist with contract billing and service invoicing.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting requests.
