Booking platform and schedule system from scratch

We are a growing family owned pottery business in Sydney specialising in pottery classes for fun times and good vibes. www.printpaintpot.com We are currently partnered with an online marketplace and would like to create a similar booking / scheduling platform similar to theirs to manage our classes in a similar way. We have 3 studios on the same street in Sydney and hope this new system to help automate a lot of the admin for the 3 locations in one convenient spot.
