About the Role:
You will work closely with an energetic and driven attorney, to streamline daily operations and enhance client services. This is a remote role with opportunities to make a meaningful impact through organizational excellence and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Review and manage the attorney's calendar, sending a prioritized daily "to-do" list to keep tasks on track.
Client Interaction: Answer calls with professionalism and warmth, set appointments, and assist with inquiries.

Project Assistance: Provide support on special projects as needed, contributing to firm efficiency and productivity.
Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day tasks to free up the attorney's time, including data entry, scheduling, and client communication.
Initial Consultations: Conduct all 15-minute initial calls with prospective clients and gather essential information to determine client needs and ensure a seamless handoff to the attorney
Seminar Attendance Management: Follow up with registrants who did not attend to encourage rescheduling or provide alternative resources.
Outreach and Coordination: Actively assist in growing the client base through outreach efforts and maintain communication records and ensure all outreach activities are tracked accurately in the firm's CRM system.
Support and Marketing Assistance: Assist with daily tasks, including marketing campaigns and client communications; collaborate on strategies to expand services and promote the firm’s offerings.
