We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and fully bilingual Inbound Sales Representative to engage with prospective clients, answer questions, provide guidance, and help individuals explore our services and treatment options.
## IMPORTANT LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT:
This is a fully bilingual position requiring professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
## IMPORTANT HOURS REQUIREMENT:
This position entails working 9:00am Colombia Standard Time to 6:00pm Colombia Standard Time. Monday to Friday. Saturday Is a half day.
## POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative plays a critical role in converting inbound leads into clients by providing exceptional service, answering questions, building trust, and guiding prospects through the consultation and onboarding process.

The successful candidate understands how to identify client needs, explain services clearly, overcome objections professionally, and help prospects make informed decisions regarding their healthcare journey.
## CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries
* Communicate with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking prospects
* Conduct consultations with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and
* Explain services, treatment options, and company processes clearly and professionally
* Build trust and rapport with prospective clients
* Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales process
* Manage and update CRM records accurately and consistently
* Track lead activity, sales progress, and follow-up schedules
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
* Meet individual and team sales performance objectives
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
## IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
* Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and through messaging platforms
* Highly organized and detail-oriented

* Experience with CRM systems is preferred
* Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is preferred
