Bilingual Cold Caller / Acquisition Specialist (Spanish & English)

We are looking for a Bilingual Cold Caller / Acquisition Specialist fluent in both Spanish and English, with exceptional communication skills and a neutral accent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting in acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to potential leads in both English and Spanish.
• Build rapport with prospects, qualify leads, and gather key information.
• Overcome objections and educate prospects on the company's offerings.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.) with accurate lead data.
• Work closely with the acquisitions team to facilitate deals and negotiations.
• Meet weekly and monthly call quotas to drive business growth.
