About Us
REI Drayco is a Maryland-based infrastructure services company that’s been in business since 1985. We specialize in sewer inspection, cleaning, and underground utilities—and we’re expanding into pipe rehabilitation and replacement services. To support our growth, we’re hiring a detail-oriented, proactive Bid & Opportunities Coordinator to help us stay ahead of bidding timelines and win more work.

About the Role
This position will start as part-time (20–25 hours/week) to evaluate fit and manage current workload. If you perform well and enjoy the work, there is a clear path to transition to full-time as bid volume increases.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor Bid Portals

Check U.S. procurement and solicitation websites regularly (we’ll provide the list).

Identify scopes of work related to REI Drayco’s services—sewer, water, rehab, etc.

- Track Opportunities in CRM

Enter and manage bid opportunities in our CRM (training provided).

Track every opportunity from discovery to result.

- Draft Bid Packages

Use company templates to build draft proposals and initial estimates.

Perform quantity takeoffs and plug in basic numbers from our estimating tools.

Coordinate with our U.S. team for final reviews and submissions.

- Communicate & Collaborate

Send regular status updates and communicate clearly with our team.

Be available for occasional ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings or chats during U.S. Eastern Time.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has…
- 3+ years in construction, estimating, engineering support, or project coordination
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confidence using Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and web-based research
- Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
- Self-management skills—you don’t need to be micromanaged

Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients in construction or engineering
- Familiarity with U.S. bid formats and contract documents
- Experience with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, or Primavera P6
- Background in civil, sewer, or underground utility projects

Perks & Benefits
- Competitive USD salary (paid semi-monthly)
- Flexible schedule, as long as deliverables are on time
- Long-term opportunity to grow into a full-time, permanent role
- Work directly with leadership—your work impacts company growth
- Training on tools, processes, and U.S. systems

Send your updated resume.

Include a brief intro message or cover letter explaining why this job fits your experience.
