Role Overview:
As an E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers while also identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into purchases. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless shopping experience while maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
-Proactively reach out to customers via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases.
-Recover abandoned carts by following up with potential buyers.
-Guide customers through product selections and recommend upsells.
-Provide top-notch customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or e-commerce.
-Strong persuasive communication skills with a focus on conversion.
-Experience in CRM tools, Shopify, and customer engagement platforms.
-A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
-$3-$4/hour for customer service roles, with annual increases (Candidates who are selected for outbound sales roles will receive a rate of $5/hour plus commissions)
