**Major Functions:**

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide regular updates and respond to feedback effectively.
- Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration and design submission.

**Availability:**
This part-time role requires a commitment of approximately 14-16 hours per week. Hours are flexible, and candidates are expected to manage their schedules effectively while adhering to project deadlines.

**Expectations:**
Candidates should have access to a computer capable of running Microsoft Visio, which we will provide and Chrome to use Kitchenplanner.net. A commitment to maintaining high standards of work and thorough documentation of design processes is essential.

**Working Conditions/Salary:**
We offer a starting salary of €125 per month for the part-time role, with opportunities for growth into a full-time position and increased compensation based on performance.

**Bonuses:**
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1.5 months.
- Regular salary reviews every 2-3 months, with increases based on performance.
- Special leave on the first day of menstrual periods.
- Access to professional development courses as part of our commitment to your growth.
- A second monitor provided after 6 months.
- A new laptop provided after 2 years.
