Back-End Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side application logic
Design and implement database structures and APIs
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members
Provide ongoing maintenance and support post-implementation
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of back-end development experience
Strong technical expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks
Experience with database design and management
Proven track record working with international clients

Scope:
6-month initial project with high likelihood of full-time retention
Web application development and ongoing maintenance
Remote work setup with monthly compensation
Critical role in post-launch application support
