BIM HVAC Engineer/Consultant

Job Description:
The role involves utilizing the BIM HVAC Tool Tian Engineering Software and IESVE 2024 for the simulation, design, and optimization of HVAC systems. The employee will work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to integrate HVAC designs within building models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance specifications.

Responsibilities:
1. Use BIM HVAC Tool Tian Engineering Software to model and simulate HVAC systems, optimize system performance, and identify issues.
2. Employ IESVE 2024 to assess energy efficiency, HVAC design performance, and sustainability.
3. Provide technical support and consultancy to the design and engineering teams.
4. Generate accurate reports and analyses to assist in the decision-making process.
5. Ensure that all HVAC designs are compliant with relevant building codes, green building standards, and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with other project stakeholders, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and architects, to ensure seamless project delivery.
